11 freaking months

Say it aint so. There is no way that my sweet baby boy is 11 months old. The time has flown by, and it hurts my heart. :( Noah James, You are 11 months old. You still sleep in our bed. We are ok with that. You are actually getting better about falling asleep for your Daddy instead of just me. YAY! You still wake up a couple times a night to nurse. You are into everything. You can crawl up the stairs, and are trying to crawl on the couch. You are standing unassisted sometimes, but I honestly don't think that you will be walking before your first birthday. You wear size 18-24 month clothes. Your foot is a 5.5 extra wide. You wear a size 4 diaper. You LOVE to eat meat. I mean LOVE it! You are my free spirit. You have no fear. You weigh about 25 1/2 lbs You bite all the time and think it is so funny. You don't bite my boobs, just anything and everything else. You still only have 8 teeth, but your molars are coming in. You are really a funny little guy, and make us laugh all the time. We love you so much Noah James

10 year high school reunion

I am getting old! Ten years have passed since I graduated high school. I didn't know if I actually wanted to go to the reunion or not . Don't get me wrong, I really enjoyed high school, but I moved out of Bastrop two weeks after I graduated and I haven't been back. I grew up and made new friends. I keep up with people from high school on Facebook, but it isn't the same as some of the people there that still live in Bastrop and still hang out with their high school friends all the time.
Well, I had a couple people FB me and ask me to please go, so I decided that I would go to one of the events that my class was hosting. I am really glad that I went. I had a great time and saw some old friends. Here are a couple picks that I took with my phone that night. On the way home I got pulled over for having my high beam lights on. I got away with just a warning, but I so glad that I didn't drink at all!

Summer dance performance 2012

Faith had her summer dance performance this evening. I can't believe this is her second summer in dance. She really loves dancing, and it makes my heart happy to see her dance. I only took pics with my iPhone, because Damian said they would be good enough. ( I don't think they are )
